David Marcus, Certified Remodeler - Owner
David founded DSM Construction in 2009 after graduating college with one goal in mind: To provide quality service and getting the job done right the first time. Remodeling can be a daunting task, and DSM wants to make sure its as smooth of a process as possible. You aren't only hiring DSM Construction, you are hiring David and his team.
David has a Bachelors of Science in Environmental Design from the University of Oklahoma. He studied construction, architecture, and city planning. Getting his start helping a high school teacher remodel homes since he was 15, David has worked and managed every step of a project. He still gets his hands dirty on every job. Besides running his own business David has been a superintendent building multi-million dollar state of the art surgery centers.
In his free time he enjoys traveling with his wife Kelsey, spending time with their dogs and horses, and checking out the newest restaurants in Dallas. He enjoys life on the water and can be caught skiing, and wake-boarding at cedar creek lake during the summers.
Steve, Certified Lead Carpenter - Superintendent
Steve performs all carpentry related tasks, such as framing, trim, cabinetry, and doors. He also provides job site supervising of sub-contractors and meeting with inspectors.
Steve has been on the job site since he was 5 years old working along side his father and other family members. Steve has been hands on with just about every trade in the business. From running his own company and being a superintendent for large construction firms he has done it all.
When not working he enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, and enjoying a tasty burger.
